Warranty

KICKIN POWERSPORTS, LLC is a resale distributor. While we do not provide warranties, the supplier provides warranties in most cases. To help the suppliers maintain this warranty, the customer will communicate with us in most cases and get help with the warranty. Except with MotoTec bikes we sell, that warranty is provided in whole by the supplier, MotoTec USA, and any warranty issues will be done through them.

Our bikes usually come with a 30, 60, or 90 day warranty. Used/refurbished bikes do not come with a warranty.

Our bikes usually come with a warranty that is usually 90 days parts replacement where we are liable. The factory/supplier decides when we are liable upon photo submission and review by the factory. When we are liable, we will send you the necessary parts to fix it. The warranty does NOT cover service / labor fees, nor do we perform labor or service on dirt bikes purchased under our LLC. Every bike comes with a specific warranty, check the products page to see the specific warranty for that product.

We will need the following customer information to process warranties: Photo proof, Vin, Name, Address, Phone Number, Etc..

When we receive the above information, we will consider and have our engineers from the factory consider the issue, and will decide if it was a defect, or a consequence of the customer's choice.

The warranty ONLY covers parts.

SECTION 1.1 This Warranty is limited to cover any defective parts of original purchaser of KICKIN POWERSPORTS LLC (here refer as Kickin Bikes, or Kickin Power Sports, or Kickinpowersports.com ) for 90 days from the date of KICKIN POWERSPORTS's sales invoice and does not cover common wear items such as blades, belts, tines, tires etc. KICKIN POWERSPORTS reserves the right to inspect any equipment or parts, which are claimed to have been defective in material or workmanship. This Warranty does not apply to any part or product which in KICKIN POWERSPORTS's judgment shall have been misused or damaged by accident or lack of normal maintenance or care, or used as rental or racing or rider abuse or altered in a way which adversely affects its performance or reliability, or which has been used for a purpose for which the product is not designed. Misuse also specifically includes failure to properly maintain oil levels, grease points and drive line shafts. KICKIN POWERSPORTS reserves the right to make changes in materials or design of the product at any time without notice. This Warranty shall not be interpreted to render KICKIN POWERSPORTS liable for damages of any kind, direct, consequential, or contingent to property. Furthermore, KICKIN POWERSPORTS shall not be liable for damages resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control. This Warranty does not extend to loss of any expense or loss for labor, towing, shipping charges incurred, supplies, and rental machinery or for any other reason. KICKIN POWERSPORTS does not reimburse any labor cost. The following items are not covered: Blades tires, tines rims, body panels, fuses, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV Boots, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belt, chain, spark plug, any part made from rubber, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts and fasteners. Engine case will be covered only if damage caused by internal mechanical failure lubricated components.

Returns
Our return policy is we do not accept returns under any circumstance. If your bike is defective, email support@kickinpowersports.com and we will help resolve your issue in a timely manner. 

In conclusion, when you purchase from kickinpowersports.com, kickindealers.com, or from KICKIN POWERSPORTS, LLC you understand that the sale is final, and no return will be accepted under any circumstance. We also do not accept exchanges of any kind.

The only case where a refund MAY be accepted (we reserve our right to grant a refund, or to cancel a refund), is if the product is in the original packaging, unopened and never pulled out of the box. If we find evidence a box has been opened, no refund can be issued. There are no refunds for assembled motorcycles in any situation.


Shipping
Please reach out to us first if you have any issues. The address may change, and most issues we can resolve, we can provide parts for defective bikes in an extremely fast manner. If you have any problems, please send an email to support@kickinpowersports.com

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We also to not issue refunds until we have received the returned item.
